  • In 2012, developed and executed an operational process designed to analyze the needs assessment and strategic plan in preparation for an expansion of a learning facility for children, including the needed upgrades for implementation, recommendations, short and long-term strategic goals.

  • In 2013, converted a for profit LLC into a non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation to better meet the needs of the community and offer a better selection of partnerships for expanding quality for families.

  • Created partnerships with some of Colorado's largest non-profit organizations to strengthen the agenda designed to better prepare children for elementary school, address social and emotional support through better and supportive trainings and create stronger livable wages for practitioners. 

  • Increased social awareness through initiatives created by strategic marketing efforts leading up to an award “highest quality” given by the Colorado State Department of Education and Quality Assurance.

  • Created budgets to implement and construct Northeast Denver's 1st Adult Training Center.

  • Realigned the strategic architecture by committing to several committee task forces and becoming a Board Elect to the Colorado Association for the Education of Young Children (COAEYC). 

  • Restructured internal budgets to accommodate low-income families with scholarships used to increase child attendance and provide accurate learning measurements.
